Hopi Ear Candle  

The candles are hollow tubes made from pure beeswax and essential oils, such as Sage, Chamomile and St John's Wort wrapped in cotton fibres.

The treatment is excellent for sinus problems and cleansing the ears. It is incorporated with Chinese face Massage.

The candles are named after the native American tribe who first introduced this therapy to the West.

The treatment works in 3 phases, the first being a chimney effect where a gentle suction, draws out debris from the ear.

Next, the mild heat stimulates the blood & lymph circulation, boosting the immune system, this boosts the body's natural cleansing action.

Finally the pressure that is within the sinuses are regulated.

As well as being beneficial this is a relaxing treatment that brings a sense of calmness.
